Returns are accepted 14 days after you product has arrived.
We only accept returns on products that are not damaged, unless the damage occurred during shipping.
Make sure to thoroughly inspect your package when you receive it, take photos to document any damage that may have occurred during transit, and contact us immediately.

Sale items
You will only be refunded the amount that was paid for any item after any sale price, or applicable discount, or taxes that were paid.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged. Take pictures immediately, and email them to southwestcrystals1@gmail.com.
Shipping returns
The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We take no responsibility for missing or stolen packages.
